Bikeability
In September 2009 absolute were commissioned by Cycling England to provide a tailored discount service to be used to incentivise young people in 3 pilot cities to take part in the Bikeability program (formerly Cycling Proficiency test). Subsequently the pilot was extended to incorporate 3 further cities across the country.
In addition to a standard loyalty programme, this service also sees a second tier of discounts being made available to meet futher objectives of Bikability. Once the child has passed through onto a higher level certificate within the Bikeability program, they are provided with a second tier of discounts and benefits that they can access.
This additional element was created to support the aim of not only encouraging more young people into their scheme, but also to encourage them to progress further within the scheme itself.
